A few honest answers to the questions we hear most often from international homeowners.
Do you only work with people who live in Portugal?
No — most of our clients are based abroad. We're built for remote coordination: written updates, photos, video calls, and a single contact in your language.
Do you need to see my property in person to start?
Not for the first review. We can assess most properties from satellite imagery, photos you send us, and a short conversation. A site visit only happens when it's actually needed.
How does payment work?
You only pay once a project is agreed. Quotes are itemised and in writing. Larger renovations are split into milestone payments — never one big upfront sum.
What if I just need a small repair or one-off help?
That's fine. We handle everything from a leaking tap to a full renovation. If it's too small for us, we'll point you to someone trustworthy at no cost.
Which languages can I reach you in?
Written contact (form, email, WhatsApp) works in English, German, French and Portuguese. Phone calls are currently in English and German — for FR/PT we call you back.
Where exactly do you work?
Within a 100 km radius of Mira — covering Coimbra, Aveiro, Figueira da Foz and the villages in between. If you're a little outside, ask anyway.
